Recognize your Seasonal Needs
This practice comes from the Wise Woman's Tradition, which I've journeyed with for several years—it has been a truly beautiful experience.
- Begin by sitting with this list of seasonal needs on a special day (for example, on the first day of the season, the first new moon, or any day that feels right). Notice which needs "jump out" at you as being met or unmet. You can make a list, circle items, color-code them, underline them—whatever helps you identify those unmet needs you'd like to work with.
- Recognize and honor these unmet needs either on your own or with a trusted partner, group, or coach. I'll be sharing specific rituals and practices to guide your inquiry, or feel free to reach out if you'd like to partner in this journey. If you commit to this seasonal practice, take time to review your lists later—you'll be amazed at what has changed.
