This is a bit more advanced practice - use this chart to help you count the 9 Nines, starting two days after the Winter Solstice. It helps identify the coldest nine days and the arrival of Spring (even though officially Spring begins much sooner, the character for Spring is not until the 8th nine day period) and you can use it to keep track of Sanjiu heavenly moxa treatments during those cold days.
