Spring Cleaning is an important practice for your body and mind and it provides many benefits.

A thorough spring cleaning removes winter's accumulated dust and allergens, and as it reduces allergy symptoms, which in turn improves your health. A clean, organized space will make you feel lighter, it will reduce your stress.  The process itself offers a mood-boosting sense of accomplishment and productivity, which is perfectly aligned with spring's natural sense of renewal, energy and movement.
